Frequently Asked Questions

Question 1

Does it cost more to book through Ocean Signature?

Accepted Answer

No. There is no additional fee for using Ocean Signature, and booking through a travel advisor does not usually make your holiday more expensive. In most cases, you’ll pay the same price as booking directly with the cruise line or supplier, while also benefiting from personalised advice and support throughout your booking.

Question 2

What types of cruises can you book?

Accepted Answer

Ocean Signature can help with cruises around the world, from classic Mediterranean and Caribbean itineraries to more adventurous journeys through French Polynesia, Antarctica and the Galápagos. From family-friendly cruises to premium suites, ship-within-a-ship experiences, luxury and expedition cruising, there’s a world of possibilities to explore.

Question 3

What if I already know which cruise I want?

Accepted Answer

If you’ve already found the cruise you’d like, simply send the details and Ocean Signature can take it from there. Support is also available with cabin and fare options, packages, flights, hotels and transfers, making the process as simple as possible.

Question 4

I'm new to cruising. Can you help me choose?

Accepted Answer

Of course. With so many cruise lines, ships, cabin types and itineraries available, it can be difficult to know where to begin. By understanding what matters most to you, Ocean Signature can guide you through the options, explain the differences and help you find a cruise that feels right for you..

Question 5

Can you arrange flights, hotels and transfers too?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Flights, pre or post cruise hotels, transfers and other elements of your trip can be arranged alongside your cruise, making it easier to bring everything together in one place.

Question 6

Can you help with holidays that don't include a cruise?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Cruising is the speciality and main focus of Ocean Signature, but other holidays can also be arranged, including Disney holidays, relaxing escapes and more adventurous trips. If you have something in mind, Ocean Signature can help you explore the options.

Question 7

Why book through Ocean Signature rather than directly with the cruise line?

Accepted Answer

Booking a cruise should be exciting, not overwhelming. When you book through Ocean Signature, you’ll have one dedicated point of contact from your first enquiry through to your holiday and beyond. From comparing cruise lines, ships, suites and itineraries to understanding the differences and taking care of the details along the way, you’ll receive personal support whenever you need it.

Question 8

What makes Ocean Signature different?

Accepted Answer

Understanding what matters to you is at the heart of Ocean Signature, because the right cruise is about much more than simply choosing a destination. Ships and cruise experiences can be incredibly different, and finding the right fit can shape how you feel about cruising altogether. A great deal of time goes into researching and comparing the options, helping you find an experience that genuinely suits you.
